1. What should I do in case of an emergency?

• If a HUMAN is exposed to Repel products, call 1-800-633-2873 immediately. The medical center is staffed seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
• If an ANIMAL is exposed to any other Repel products, contact your pet's veterinarian. As an alternative, you may wish to contact the National Animal Poison Control Center at 1-888-426-4435. Please note that this center charges for consultations.

 

2. How do I properly dispose of Repel products?

To safely dispose of AEROSOL (pressurized) containers, follow these instructions:
If the container is empty, place it in the trash or take it to a recycling facility if available.
If the container is partly filled, call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions.
IMPORTANT: Do not puncture or incinerate!

To safely dispose of NON-PRESSURIZED containers, follow these instructions:
If the container is empty, place it in the trash or take it to a recycling facility if available.
If the container is partly filled, call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions.
IMPORTANT: Never place unused product down an indoor or outdoor drain.

4. Where can I find a list of common conversions?

LIQUIDS

1 Tbsp = 3 tsp

1 fl. oz. = 6 tsp = 2 Tbsp = 29.573 mL

1 pint = 16 fl. oz. = 2 cups = 473.17 mL = 0.473 L

1 quart = 2 pints = 32 fl. oz. = 946.34 mL

1 gal = 4 quarts = 8 pints = 128 fl. oz. = 3.785 L

6 fl. oz. = 3/4 cup

8 fl. oz. = 1 cup

HELPFUL TIPS

1½ Tbsp in 3 gal of water = 1½ tsp in 1 gal of water

2 Tbsp in 3 gal of water = 2 tsp in 1 gal of water

DETERMINING SQUARE FEET

RECTANGLE: Length x width

TRIANGLE: The height (or length) x half of the base (or width)

CIRCLE: The diameter squared x 0.7854 (Diameter is the length  of a straight line through the center of the circle.)

Length of room x width of room x height of room

TEMPERATURE

Celsius: Multiple by 1.8 (= 9/5), + 32 = Fahrenheit

Fahrenheit: -32, multiple remainder by .5556 (=5/9) = Celsius
